LZ Automatic Ultrasonic Inspection Systemfor Disassembled Axles is installed on solid axles manufacture and heavy maintenance lines. Based on combination utilization of phased array ultrasonic and conventional ultrasonic inspection technology, fatigue defects and volume defects in axle journal, wheel and gear seats, unloading groove are automatically and precisely inspected. Under such an intensive inspection on disassembled state, the quality of axles is strictly controlled.
