Product Details
LD Wayside Ultrasonic Inspection System for Wheels is installed at the entrance line where locomotives and rolling stocks will pass by. Arrayed Ultrasonic probes are installed along the rail, defects in wheel rim and wheel disk are automatically inspected in dynamic condition. Under the inspection by LD system, wheels are daily monitored to ensure running safety.
LD system has passed appraisal of Sichuan provincial science and technology achievement and Railways Bureau of P. R. China, and has been widely applied in high-speed train service depots and locomotive depots.
