LW Automatic Ultrasonic Inspection Systemfor Disassembled Wheels is installed on wheels manufacture and heavy maintenance lines. Based on combination utilization of phased array ultrasonic and conventional ultrasonic inspection technology, fatigue defects and volume defects in wheel rim, wheel disk and wheel hub are automatically and precisely inspected. Under such an intensive inspection on disassembled condition, the quality of wheels is strictly controlled.
